1. Who we are
Educator2Trader ("we", "us", "our") is an educational company owned and operated by Arlissa Pinkelton. We publish trading education: free classes, paid courses, workbooks, live sessions, and community access. These Terms govern your use of our websites, our free and paid programs, and anything else we provide.
By registering for a class, buying a product, or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy the products.
2. We are educators, not advisors
Educator2Trader is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, or tax professional, and nothing we provide is personalized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.
Everything we teach is general education. We do not know your finances, your risk tolerance, your obligations, or your goals, and nothing we say should be treated as a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Every decision you make in your own account is yours alone. Talk to a licensed professional about your specific situation before you act.
Read this part twice. Trading options involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose more than you expect, including your entire investment. Never trade with money you need for living expenses, debt, or anything else in your life. Nothing Educator2Trader publishes is a promise, projection, or guarantee of any financial outcome.
3. Your account and access
Access to paid products is licensed to one person: you. You may not share your login, resell, redistribute, record, republish, or repackage our materials, and you may not use them to build a competing product or teach them as your own.
You agree to give accurate information when you register or purchase, and to keep your login credentials to yourself. We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, for sharing access, abusive behavior toward our team or students, or any breach of these Terms.
4. Purchases, prices, and payment plans
- Prices are in U.S. dollars and shown before you buy. What you see on the checkout page is what you pay.
- Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
- If you choose a payment plan, you authorize the remaining scheduled payments on the same method. Missed payments may pause your access until the plan is current.
- We may change prices or offers at any time. Changes never apply retroactively to a purchase you already made.
5. Live sessions and schedules
Live classes, trading sessions, and calls happen on a published schedule that may change for holidays, market closures, illness, or events outside our control. When a session moves, we tell you. Recordings are provided where noted, but we do not guarantee that every session is recorded or that a recording will remain available indefinitely.
6. Intellectual property
All course materials, videos, slides, workbooks, cheat sheets, checklists, recordings, and the H.O.U.S.E. Method framework are owned by Educator2Trader and protected by copyright. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own learning. That is all you get. No other rights are granted.
7. Testimonials and results
Any student results, testimonials, or examples we publish are the real experiences of specific individuals. They are not typical, not promised, and not a guarantee that you will experience anything similar. See our Risk and Earnings Disclaimer.
8. Third-party services
Our site links to and integrates with third parties (payment processors, email and hosting providers, video and community platforms, brokerages you may use). We do not control them and are not responsible for their services, availability, or policies. Your relationship with your broker is between you and your broker.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Educator2Trader, Arlissa Pinkelton, and anyone working with us are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our materials or programs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Educator2Trader harmless from claims arising out of your use of our materials, your trading activity, or your breach of these Terms.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date at the top tells you when. Continuing to use the site or your program after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
