Short version: we collect what we need to teach you and to run the business, we do not sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it whenever you want.
1. What we collect
You give us
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number when you register for a class, buy something, or apply for a call.
- Application answers: the responses you give in our questionnaires, including where you are in your trading journey and what you want out of it.
- Payment details: handled by our payment processor. We receive a confirmation and the last four digits, never your full card number.
- Anything you send us: emails, replies, support requests, community posts.
Collected automatically
- Basic technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived here.
- Cookies and similar technologies used to keep the site working, remember your progress, and measure which ads and pages bring people to our classes.
2. Why we use it
- To deliver what you signed up for: class links, reminders, downloads, program access.
- To process payments and keep records of your purchase.
- To answer you when you contact us, and to prepare for a call you booked.
- To send you educational emails and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any email. Transactional messages about something you bought will still reach you.
- To improve our classes and understand which content actually helps people.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
3. Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, you consent to receive class reminders and program messages at that number. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only so they can do that job: payment processing, email delivery, website and video hosting, scheduling, community platforms, and analytics or advertising measurement.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business.
5. Advertising and analytics
We may use advertising and analytics tools that set cookies to measure how our ads perform and to show relevant ads on other platforms. You can control cookies in your browser settings and opt out of personalized advertising in your ad-platform account settings.
6. How long we keep it
As long as your account or relationship with us is active, plus the period we need for legal, tax, and record-keeping purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
7. Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from marketing email with one click, any time.
- Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts.
- Ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing arlissapinkelton@gmail.com.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR. We honor those requests regardless of where you live.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and we work with established providers who do the same. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
9. Children
Our programs are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, tell you by email.
