Free classes
Nothing to refund. Our masterclasses are free to attend. Register, show up, take notes.
The Income Trader Starter Kit ($27)
7-day refund window. The Starter Kit is a set of digital downloads delivered instantly. If it is not what you expected, email arlissapinkelton@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you. You do not need a reason, and we will not argue with you about it.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Access to the downloads ends when the refund is issued.
The 90-Day Income Trader Accelerator ($2,497)
The Accelerator is a live, 90-day program. Arlissa shows up every market morning and every Sunday. It is priced and structured for people who intend to do the work, so the guarantee is built around doing the work rather than around simply changing your mind.
The do-the-work guarantee
If, at the end of your 90 days, you have done the work and do not feel the program delivered what it promised, contact us within 14 days of your program end date and we will make it right, including a refund of your program fee. "Done the work" means:
- You attended or watched at least 70 percent of the Sunday teaching sessions.
- You completed the program workbook and assignments.
- You brought your questions to the group at least once when you got stuck.
Keep your workbook and note your attendance. That is all the documentation we ask for.
The first 14 days
If you enroll and realize within 14 days of your enrollment date that the program is not right for you, email us and we will refund you in full, no conditions, provided you have not downloaded the complete curriculum library.
Payment plans
If you enrolled on a payment plan and receive a refund under either provision above, the remaining scheduled payments are cancelled and the payments already made are refunded on the same terms. A refund is not available as a way to keep access without paying: if a plan goes unpaid, access pauses until the plan is current.
Chargebacks
Please email us before you contact your bank. Almost every dispute we have ever seen was a misunderstanding that took one email to fix, and a chargeback filed without contacting us first costs both of us time and can result in access being suspended while it is reviewed.
How to request a refund
Email arlissapinkelton@gmail.com from the address you purchased with, and tell us which product and why. You will get a human reply. We process approved refunds within 5 business days.
What a refund is not. A refund returns your money. It cannot return time, and it cannot undo trading losses in your own brokerage account. Trading involves risk of loss, and no refund policy protects you from that. Only your own risk management does.
